PURELUXESHOP currently accepts payment via all major Credit and Debit cards, PayPal and Amazon Pay.

 

SHIPPING

All of our items are sent insured and tracked by USPS with Signature Confirmation. With our Free US Shipping we aim to get your new purchase to you within 3-5 business days, however if you are needing your item quicker then we recommend our Express Shipping and have your item with you in 1-2 business days.

Sorry, we currently don't offer International Shipping.

 

RETURNS

At PURELUXESHOP we understand that you may be hesitant to purchase a luxury item if you are not 100% sure that the item is the correct size for you. Therefore, we offer a 14 days return period on all clothing and footwear should your item not fit. As long as the item is returned in its original condition and within 14 days we will be happy to provide a full refund of the items cost.

When purchasing luxury footwear we kindly ask that you try them on on a soft carpeted surface, to prevent any scratching / damage to the soles before you decide if the fit is right for for you.

We don't offer any returns, exchange or refunds on accessories and handbags. All items have full description, photos, and information on the website to guarantee that you receive what you purchase from the website.  We will answer any and all questions about an item before placing an order.
